Building on the success of The Pink Elephant's event styling packages, founder Ian Henderson decided to expand the business into corporate event styling. With a range of offerings tailored to different occasions and serving preferences, as well as an impressive selection of entertainment options, The Pink Elephant is ready to add a touch of magic to your festive season. We're excited to introduce two unique corporate packages: the Canape and Grazing Cocktail Style Package and the Canape and Seated Grazing Style Package, both of which are perfect for gatherings of 50 or more people.

The Canapé and Cocktail Styled Package is designed for those seeking relaxed elegance and easy mingling at their corporate event. The package sets the stage for a light-hearted, social ambiance, allowing guests to move freely around the venue while delighting in delicious delectables and a selection of our sustainable wines. With two in-person consultations and virtual planning, meticulous attention to detail is assured. Each booking includes the delivery of a complimentary tasting box which is delivered prior to your event featuring snacks and sustainable wines.

On arrival at every event guests will relish four exquisite canapés and a glass of our favorite South African Cap Classique or alcohol-free cocktails. This package includes eco-friendly grazing platter boxes boasting delicious seasonal and locally sourced food, as well as half a bottle of sparkling wine and still wine per person, displayed in silver ice buckets. Optional add-ons include lively music and entertainment, luxury flower bouquets, and additional sustainable wines, all thoughtfully curated from our extensive network of over 40 small independent businesses in the UK.

For those seeking a slightly more formal yet still relaxed atmosphere, our Canapé and Seated Grazing Table Style package is an ideal choice. This option allows guests to comfortably sit and savour mouthwatering bites elegantly presented on our maple wooden trays, displayed centrally on the tables and renowned for their ability to blend food with artistry. It includes two in-person consultations, virtual planning sessions, a complimentary tasting box with wine, and a welcoming spread of canapés and drinks.

We provide rectangular 10-seater tables, chairs, table settings, and personalized stationery, creating a beautifully styled setting adorned with floral arrangements and signature platters. As with the cocktail package, you have the option to enhance your event with music, entertainment, luxury flower bouquets, and additional sustainable wines. Wrapping up with a delightful touch, both packages feature an enticing dessert table filled with heavenly treats to satisfy your sweet cravings.
