  • When would I be able to book a date with The Pink Elephant?

    The Pink Elephant creates bespoke events in London and around the world offering a range of Event Styling Packages which include our Wedding Package and Corporate Package. Please note that once you submit your booking request, a member of the team will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your booking. Please get in touch if you have any questions about bespoke event styling.

  • How can I enquire about a event styling and fabulous platter or picnic boxes?

    Please contact us and if you would like to set up a virtual consultation to explore our signature and bespoke Event Styling Packages and party platters. When you have made your final event styling choice with The Pink Elephant, a 50% deposit will be required within 5 business days of your booking confirmation and a final payment will be due 10 business days prior to your event. A copy of our Terms and Conditions will also be included with your invoice.

  • What will be included in my platter packages to feast away on?

    Explore our carefully curated Grazing Platters and Tables on our Event Styling & Platters page here. We accommodate specific dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free with a small surcharge applicable. Due to the wide range of suppliers and different ingredients within each platter and picnic box, please note that our products may contain allergens; refer to our Terms and Conditions & our Dietary & Allergen Information for further details. If there is anything that you wish to change/add into your Event Styling Package, we will do our best to accommodate; after all Bespoke events are our thing!

  • How does The Pink Elephant like to ‘dress up’ and how long does it take it ‘get ready’?

    Our team at The Pink Elephant work swiftly and quietly to ensure ultimate ease and tranquillity on the day of your party or event. Depending on your event styling requirements, our set up time will differ. To ensure that our food platters are presented to the highest quality, we require a flat surface in a cool area to ensure the food remains at room temperature. All grazing boards are set up on grease proof paper with disposable bamboo cutlery and take approximately 1-2 hours to set up depending on your selection size and any additional pampering requirements. Please note that our picnic boxes are eco-friendly and are manufactured from plant, lower carbon, recycled or reclaimed materials. We currently offer sustainable palm leaf plates and napkins included with all event styling packages.

  • How can I ‘pamper’ my Event to make it the most fabulous gathering?

    Why not choose from a selection of beautiful tablecloths, table decor, gorgeous flower or balloon arrangements or a delicious cake? Our Portfolio includes a selection of pampering add-ons on offer! A range of pampering options are available on the Event Styling Packages and we are always happy to go out of our way to accommodate specific requests as best as we can.

  • How far does The Pink Elephant travel and is on-site parking required?

    All event styling packages and deliveries of our box ranges and platters within a 3-mile radius of W4 5BB, West London are free of charge! An additional surcharge of 50p per mile will be applicable for deliveries outside of this radius. We work throughout London from Wimbledon and Chiswick to Kensington and Maida Vale. Please specify your approximate distance from W4 5BB, Chiswick as well as note if on-site parking is available in the comments section of your order. We will need somewhere close by to roll out The Pink Elephant’s red carpet to deliver your delicious treats and set up for a party in luxurious style! We are also happy to discuss international destinations.
