Épico Events began with a series of sold-out pop-ups across London and the North East, where Nick built a loyal following and began shaping a distinctive, experience-led approach to dining.

At the same time, his work as a brand ambassador for Cheffie, the UK’s premium chef platform, opened the door to collaborations with clients such as Burberry and Bonhams, across venues including The Other House in South Kensington and The Pavilion Club.

These moments marked an important turning point, allowing the concept to evolve into something more defined - a name associated with expressive cooking, confident execution and a strong sense of occasion, regardless of scale. Recognition soon followed, including a feature in Yorkshire Life Magazine, celebrating both the cooking and the atmosphere brought to each event.

Patron Chef, Stephen Marcus Salmon has studied the culinary arts for many years initially as an Italian trained chef with a plethora of knowledge in Italian, French, British and many more cuisines.

He began his career in Surrey, before moving to Greater London, where he took to the streets of London having worked in renowned venues, hotels and restaurants. Event catering has always been something close to Stephen's heart, having run barbecue events from as young as 18!

Many years on, Chef Stephen has performed to a high standard across London and surrounding districts, providing outstanding private dining, garden parties and canapes.

Highball Cocktails was founded by Kate and Red Johnson in 2019. The creative initiative was born from a combination of Red’s background and upbringing in beverages and Kate’s 20 years of experience and expertise in marketing and brand-building.

Kate and Red came up with the idea to launch a non-alcoholic cocktail brand after starting a family together. Following Kate’s pregnancy, the couple sought to create a healthy and all-natural drink, as delicious and fun as a cocktail, that would appeal to every person for every occasion. Their customers include pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, those seeking sobriety and others looking for choice, health and moderation in their lives.

The journey of Citizen Spritz began in early 2020. Mike Bagshaw, a successful food industry entrepreneur with a passion for flavour, set out to create an alcohol-free drink that was low in calories and sugar but rich in taste. Sophie's baking journey began at age three, standing on a chair next to her grandmother, making traditional sponges and fairy cakes with a lot of love (and arm power). By the time she finished primary school, she was the family's designated baker. After having her own children, Sophie dived into cake decorating, teaching herself the exquisite buttercream icing techniques which are beautifully showcased in her cakes today. In 2019, Sophie left her 16-year career in physics to start Cake for Breakfast SW20. The business initially focused on mini cakes and cupcakes due to COVID-19 but quickly grew into a loyal community of happy and satisfied customers. Charlotte Simpson-Orlebar is the proud creator of Kensal Rise’s very own marshmallow business, Kensal Sugar Kitchen. The macadamia focused business was formed in 2019 by Andrew, Tim and Nick Emmott – the 3rd and 4th generations of Emmotts working with smallholder farmers in Malawi. Initially, they supplied to the hospitality sector, however following the 2020 pandemic, Nutcellars pivoted its business model and began targeting speciality food markets, which they observed was the best move for their growing business. Zipporah van der Vijver, fondly known as Zippy, is the proud and talented owner of the Kenyan Crafts Company. Zippy was born and raised in Kenya in a small town in the Rift Valley called Nakuru.
