When Mr Q approached The Pink Elephant to create its annual summer celebration, the brief was to transform its central St Albans office premises into something extraordinary. Having previously hosted summer events in destinations including Sicily and Ibiza, MrQ chose to bring the celebrations closer to home in 2026. The vision was to create MrQ’s very own Qoachella festival a bespoke, festival-inspired experience combining exceptional food, curated drinks, live music and entertainment.
From breakfast through to rooftop dining and an evening festival, we brought every element together to deliver a full-day experience for approximately 130 guests.
FROM CONCEPT TO CREATION
From May through to early July, we worked closely with the MrQ team through weekly planning calls, developing the concept and coordinating every detail.
Our brief encompassed catering, beverages, entertainment, event production and styling. Working alongside our trusted independent suppliers, we created a cohesive experience that reflected MrQ's brand identity, incorporating its signature blue throughout the event.
The result was a complete transformation of an everyday office environment into a vibrant summer festival.
THE DAY UNFOLDS
Breakfast, Rooftop Dining & Summer Flavours
The experience began with The Pink Elephant's signature breakfast boxes, filled with fresh pastries, charcuterie, continental cheeses and fruit — a thoughtful start to a day of celebrations.
At lunchtime, guests gathered on the rooftop balcony for a relaxed summer barbecue, featuring beautifully cooked steaks, chicken skewers, fresh seasonal salads, quiches and filo pastries. A generous buffet, parasol umbrellas and considered styling created the perfect setting for outdoor dining.
