Our Charcuterie & Wine Tasting Experience
There’s a certain ease that comes with a well-poured glass of wine, a table laid with care, and food made to be shared. It doesn’t have to be formal to feel special, in fact, it’s often the more relaxed moments that linger. That’s the spirit behind The Pink Elephant’s new Charcuterie & Wine Tasting experience.
Blending thoughtful styling with flavour-led pairings, this new event format is designed for all kinds of gatherings - from private parties and birthdays to wedding weekends and team get-togethers. It’s generous, flexible, and completely tailored. A way to bring people together around good wine, good food, and a beautifully dressed table.

Designed for Taste
The charcuterie offering is generous and considered. Ingredients are sourced from a community of small, independent producers - many of them local - with an emphasis on seasonal availability and craft. Expect award-winning Spanish Manchego, Italian truffle or chilli Pecorino, French Brie, and soft goat’s cheese, layered with seasonal fruit, stuffed peppadews, sun-dried tomatoes, and chargrilled vegetables.
Meats might include Bellota chorizo, Jamón Ibérico, and ribbons of prosciutto. Focaccia comes from nearby bakers, and the platters are dotted with Malawian macadamia nuts, olives, crackers, and a touch of sweetness - a brownie, or perhaps a shard of dark chocolate.

The wines
To accompany the food, The Pink Elephant works with Bancroft Wines, sourcing from small-scale vineyards across Europe and beyond. These are bottles with character - often organic or biodynamic, and always chosen for their ability to pair well and pour beautifully.
You might begin with a crisp Hungarian Brut Nature, move to a citrus-forward Verdejo from Spain, and finish with a bold Barbera from Piedmont. There are rosés from Sicily and Devon, sparklings from the Loire, and non-alcoholic options for guests who prefer them. The Wine Tasting Menu is constantly evolving and can be shaped to suit the season, the setting, and the tastes of your guests.

Introducing Notorious Pink
At the centre of this season’s line-up is Notorious Pink - a pale, Grenache-based rosé from the South of France and The Pink Elephant’s new flagship pour. Light, fruit-led, and full of summer energy, it pairs effortlessly with soft cheeses, chargrilled vegetables, and anything cured or salty.
A bottle to open at golden hour, whether you’re in the garden or at a rooftop gathering. Notorious Pink is now available across all tastings - from informal picnics to larger private and corporate events - and marks the start of a growing partnership with its award-winning producers. Refer to our wine menu to find out more.
For Every Setting
This experience can take many forms. It might be a team lunch, a networking evening, or a welcome event before the wedding itself. Some clients opt for a more structured tasting with menus and guided pairings. Others prefer to keep things open, wine served by the glass, platters placed down as guests arrive. The setting is up to you. Indoors or out. At home, in the office, or in a hired space. Add florals, music, even a live chef - or keep it simple and let the food and wine speak for themselves.
Something a Little Different
Each Charcuterie & Wine Tasting experience features a curated line-up of sustainable wines - up to 14 in total, or a handpicked combination shaped around your taste and the tone of your gathering. Whether you're planning something intimate or expansive, we’ll work with you to bring it to life.
