Magical Midlands
Festival highlights:
The Magical Midlands festival was a large‑scale, fun day organised by Girlguiding Midlands at Uttoxeter Race Course (Staffordshire, central Midlands location).
Welcoming up to 7000 people on the 12th July 2025 the festival was designed for girls across all sections (Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Rangers) and their leaders, as well as young leaders. The festival comprised three interactive, rotating zones blending adrenaline, creativity, and performance.
The Pink Elephant were delighted to bring Hula Hooper, Aerialist workshop and mushroom act performers to the festival which included a combination of fixed venue performances and roaming acts within the festival grounds.
Natasha Lad Deputy Lead of The Magical Midlands worked closely with The Pink Elephant who sourced talented independent performers to keep the girls entertained.

All your performers were amazing & all the girls & leaders loved seeing & interacting with them. The feedback on our socials & in person has been amazing, could not fault anything with all the performances. Orly was particularly amazing, especially with the heat & the girls loved trying a new skill that many of them hadn’t experienced before. The hooper also was amazing & did lots of extra roaming bits as well as the stage slots & the mushroom was something the girls hadn’t seen before so she was very much enjoyed too!
